    I'm back with another great sketch from LGS Let's Get Sketchy Team A Week 3 May Challenge, sketch by Bev Code.

     Different shapes and elements makes this sketch fun to play with. I also love the idea of setting off the two photos and not position them in the center. It adds more interest. To complete my page I used LPS Life Paper Scrapbook May Mood Board.

     I missed playing LGS Let's GetSketchy sketches, it's been a while. So when I saw their May Week 2 Team B sketch, I decided to give it another shot again.

     I really love these pictures of Aiden and our four legged friend, Lewis. I can scrap these again and again. These two are inseparable. Lewis is trying to score a lick from Aiden's popsicle. And he did! So Aiden got another one at the end.

     Really love the simplicity of the sketch and yet a lot of ideas to offer. I used distress stain for the background and add splatters for fun. Corners were made by the tip of spray ink cup, I used it as a pen to create the lines.

Paper Feathers

        Paper feathers are easy, fun and inexpensive to make. They can incorporate too in so many ways. Gift topper, wreath, embellishments for cards and scrapbook page bookmarks, and other fun projects.

        Using LGS (Let’s GetSketchy) January Week 1 Sketch and color inspiration by Merry over at Scrappin Peeps(January Color Challenge – black, white and one color) , I used paper feathers as embellishment.

      AAB (About A Boy) having fun for their Sept 1 Challenge and crossover with AAG (About A Girl) the challenge is to create a page with black white + one color. And here is my attempt, combined with Let's Get Sketchy September Week 2 Challenge.

I am still behind using enamel dots so

 I used brads instead (need to use up my stash). 

And since I have no small white brad, I made my

own using ink and embossing powder.

Hello everybody. Today is my turn to host July Inspired By Challenge#3 at Scrappin' Peeps. This week challenge is all about technique and I decided to explore and play the world of spray inks.  I love love love using spray ink (and paints). My page is not complete without them.  Let's Get Sketchy July Week 1 Sketch

 

 

To create the background, I folded 12 x 12 cardstock to create an equal triangle. Cover half of the white cardstock and do the misting on the half and splaters on the other half. I used Dylusion spray ink bubblegum pink (splatters) and london blue colors (misting).

Hello, hello, hello! Yay I'm back! After "FUN, CRAZY and BUSY" two weeks! Hope everyone's having a great time too! I missed a lot of challenges and need to catch up and check everyone's great news too!

 

So to start with, LGS (Let's Get Sketchy) July Week 2 offers us another great sketch to play with. I love this sketch and I had fun doing this page. And why not combining it with Sandy's challenge over at Scrappin' Peeps - page with "QUOTES" in random fonts.
