Hello! I'm back again after 2 months filled with fun and happy memories over summer. And to start my scrappy crazy world (again) let's join AAG (About A Girl) for their Sept 1st Challenge - Black & White + one other color, and the fun part is they Cross over event with AAB About a Boy. I combined with Heather's challenge over at Scrappin' Peeps too. The challenge is to scrap about the best advice you have received, some valuable lesson that you have learned, or some advice that you found valuable enough to pass on to the next person.
Best advice : Do Small Things With Great Love
This photo of Rowan was taken last Valentine's Day, Feb 2013. We made cookies and cards for her parents.
My take for the challenge :
Hearts on the background were made with molding paste.
Apply fair amount of molding paste on the stencil.
After application
Embossing powder
heating gun
embossed look
cover with Spray Ink
wipe to reveal embossed hearts
outline hearts with paint
Suppplies :
- cardstock - DCWV
- molding paste - Golden/Michaels
- stencil - Heidi Swapp
- patterned paper - American Crafts , Studio Calico
- hearts and arrows chipboard - Heidi Swapp
- clip - Michaels
- washi tape - American Craft
